Erin received her cosmetology license at Springfield Community College in 1986. After a two year apprenticeship under Mark Maruca, Judy Watermen, and Allen Sylva, Erin moved and began working in Texas. Erin's passion in life is hairdressing. Her loves are haircutting, dimensional hair coloring, highlighting, some perming and the dessert of hair design...up-do's. Erin's ultimate goal is to enhance each person's individual look.

Cyndi Allen

Cyndi, a native Austinite, has been licensed since 1992. She has attended numerous cutting classes through Toni and Guy. She enjoys custom color and cuts for an updated individual look.

Michelle Castaneda

Michelle has been in business for 18 years and is a licensed instructor. She specializes in over-curly hair and uses Avalon and Affirm relaxers. If you want your hair to grow, come by and see me. Reasonable rates. Also versed in all other areas of cosmetology.

Chad Childers

Born in Austin, Chad was raised in a family of hair designers. From early on he was exposed to a wide variety of hair designs. He trained under Carlos Romeraz, Zan Ray, and Avea Hastin, each for one year. Aspiring to enhance his skills, he sought advanced training through Scott Cole of Atlanta and Vidal Sassoon in Santa Monica. During his 11 years as a hair designer, he has specialized in highlights, lowlights, color, and hair cuts for both men and women.

Stacy Haines

Stacy, a native Austinite, has been licensed since 1986. She was raised in a family of hair designers. Her passion is to create and design an enhanced look for her clients. Keeps them coming back. She specializes in:

Rachel Michel

Rachel, a native Austinite, a hairstylist and hair care entrepreneur for over twenty years, is extremely talented with highlighing, dimensional color, and corrective color. Her gracious personality and exacting technique have gained her a loyal clientele who travel from all over Texas to appreciate her fresh vision and style. She is well known for her thorough attention to detail and emphasis on perfection which keeps her chairs full and her wait list long.

Willa Kaye Warren

Willa Kaye has been a hair stylist in Austin for over 30 years (she started at age 7!). She loves the whole idea of enhancing a client's look and making them feel good about themselves. "Your whole life is based on your self image and your vision of how you look."

Besides the salon, Willa Kaye's other love is theater. She is the resident hair and wig designer at Zachary Scott Theater Center in Austin. Styling and "building" wigs for shows like Beehive, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Jelly's Last Jam, and Little Shop of Horror (just to name a few). She also does all the wigs for the Tuna productions as well as freelancing at other theaters.
